The Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (FK UIGM) is holding a community service program (PKM) that offers free health consultations without prescriptions and free physical examinations for students, faculty, and staff at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri.
This activity takes place regularly every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. WIB in the basement of Building B on the Sudirman Campus in Palembang.
During the event, attendees received basic physical examinations—such as blood pressure and blood sugar checks—as well as direct consultations regarding their health concerns with medical staff from the UIGM Faculty of Medicine, free of charge and without being issued a prescription.
This service is open to anyone without the need for special registration.
This activity involves faculty members and students from the Faculty of Medicine as staff, while also serving as a hands-on learning opportunity for students in treating patients. The series of examinations and consultations was conducted in stages to ensure that all staff and faculty members in attendance received appropriate care. (Andhiko Ta)
