LLDIKTI Region II Hands Over Professor and Senior Lecturer Decrees to Three IGM University Lecturers

The Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region II officially handed over functional promotion decrees to three outstanding lecturers from Indo Global Mandiri University (UIGM).

The handover of these important documents was led by the Head of LLDIKTI Region II, Prof. Dr. Ishaq Iskandar, M.Sc., as a form of appreciation for the dedication and academic achievements of the lecturers in meeting the highest qualifications in higher education.

One of the decrees handed over was the confirmation of the highest functional position as Professor, which was given to Prof. Darius Antoni, S.Kom., M.M., Ph.D. The achievement of this Professor title is a source of pride for the university as it demonstrates the expertise of UIGM lecturers, which has been recognized nationally and internationally.

The Head of LLDIKTI Region II, Prof. Dr. Ishaq Iskandar, emphasized that the promotion in functional position is clear evidence of the productivity of lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. “This academic promotion is a big responsibility for every lecturer to continue to be the driving force of innovation and critical thinking for the advancement of national literacy,” said Prof. Ishaq Iskandar.

In addition to the position of Professor, LLDIKTI Region II also handed over decrees to two lecturers who were promoted to Senior Lecturer. They are Dr. Terttiaavini, S.Kom., M.Kom., who is a permanent lecturer in the Master of Computer Science Study Program, and Assoc. Prof. Jaya Nur Iman, S.Pd., M.Pd., who is a lecturer in the English Education Study Program. The promotion of these two academics is expected to boost the quality of teaching and research, especially at the postgraduate and language education levels, which are among the pillars of excellence at IGM University.

“We encourage lecturers not to stop here and to continue to pursue scientific publications and community service that have a real impact on the wider community,” he concluded. (andhiko ta)
