UIGM IP Study Program Becomes Delegate for National Seminar – KAPSIDI and ADIPSI Working Meeting

The Government Science Study Program (IP) of Indo Global Mandiri University (IGM) was an active delegate in the National Seminar and Working Meeting (Raker) of the Association of Government Science Study Programs throughout Indonesia (KAPSIDI) and the Association of Government Science Lecturers throughout Indonesia (ADIPSI).

This important event provided an opportunity for the IP program at UIGM to strengthen its network, exchange information, and explore collaborations to achieve Excellent accreditation in the future.

The series of activities included a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the theme “Digital and Sustainable Governance Policy and Politics in the Public Sector.”

This discussion featured an international speaker, Assistant Professor at Vidyasagar University India and Editor of the Sustainable Series at Springer, Dr. Uday Chatterje, on October 25 at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang, Central Java. The presence of this global expert provided a new perspective for the development of public administration science in Indonesia.

The FGD was divided into five different topics, including Upgrading AI-Based Tridharma Implementation, Formulating Government Science Laboratory Guidelines, Formulating LSP (Professional Certification Institutions), Master’s Degree Government Science Curriculum Development Workshop, and Lecturer Career Workshop. All of these topics are relevant to the IP Study Program’s efforts to continue to innovate and adapt to the times.

“This activity is one of the efforts of the IP Study Program to achieve Excellent accreditation, preparing itself to carry out the Tridharma more optimally among Government Sciences throughout Indonesia,” said the Head of the IP Study Program at UIGM, Dwiki Adi Putra, S.A.P., M.Si.

In addition to active participation in discussions, Dwiki continued, this momentum was also used to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UIGM and KAPSIDI and ADIPSI. This collaboration is expected to enhance cooperation between Government Science study programs throughout Indonesia in carrying out the Tridharma of Higher Education (Education, Research, and Community Service) to the fullest extent possible.

“This collaboration is an important step toward accelerating the achievement of Excellent accreditation, as well as producing competent and integrity-driven graduates in the era of digital governance,” he concluded. (andhiko ta)
