As a token of appreciation for their extraordinary dedication and service, the Indo Global Mandiri Foundation (IGM) sent two of its employees, a teacher and a permanent lecturer, to perform the Umrah pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Mecca.
The two dedicated individuals receiving this award are Betty Kurniati, S.Si., M.Pd, a permanent teacher at SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri who has served for 20 years. Joining her is Dr. Rendra Gustriansyah, S.T., M.Kom, a permanent lecturer at Indo Global Mandiri University, who is also being sent on this pilgrimage in recognition of his nearly 25 years of service. This umrah pilgrimage is the culmination of the foundation’s appreciation for their unwavering loyalty and immeasurable contributions to advancing the quality of education within the IGM community.
The Chairman of the Indo Global Mandiri Foundation, M. Fadhiel Alie, B.I.T, M.T.I, said that this award will serve as motivation. He hopes this reward will continue to inspire dedication and motivate all other employees. “We hope that with this umrah reward, all employees and lecturers will be even more motivated to continue giving their best dedication and service to the Indo Global Mandiri Foundation,” he said.
According to him, this umrah award is one form of the foundation’s commitment. He emphasized that the foundation always values long-term performance and loyalty. “This is our way of expressing gratitude for the loyalty and hard work of Mrs. Betty and Mr. Rendra. Their dedication over the past decades has had an extraordinary impact on the progress of educational institutions under the auspices of the IGM Foundation,” he said.
He also stated that this type of appreciation program will continue to be part of the foundation’s culture. He hopes that this will encourage a positive work environment. “We want to create a work environment where every dedication is appreciated.
