Indo Global Mandiri University XXI Graduation Ceremony, This is the Rector's Message

The XXI Graduation Ceremony of Indo Global Mandiri University (IGM) which was held on Saturday (26/4) was colored with various inspirational messages from the Rector of IGM University, Dr. H Marzuki Alie.
In his remarks, the Rector said that the advancement of the graduation schedule from June to April was not without reason. The decision was taken so that graduates can immediately enter the world of work, considering that April to June is a period of opening many job opportunities.
The Rector emphasized the importance of IGM alumni to have high competence and integrity in order to be able to compete in an increasingly competitive world of work. Not only able to fill existing job opportunities, alumni are also expected to create new jobs and become drivers of change in their respective environments.

He added that many IGM alumni have made careers in various fields, both in the government, private, and entrepreneurial sectors.
In the last five years, IGM University has also recorded remarkable achievements by graduating as many as 1,239 students receiving Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) scholarships. This is proof that the university not only focuses on the quality of education, but also on equitable access to education for all levels of society.
The Rector reminded the graduates that Grade Point Average (GPA) is not the only determinant of success. According to him, many other variables play a role in shaping one's future. The most important thing is the willingness to keep learning, the spirit to try new things, and the unyielding attitude in facing life's challenges.
He invited the graduates to make life a race to keep getting better and foster a fighting spirit as a winner.
The Rector also said that he gave priority to IGM alumni to join the company he manages. He requested that graduates be given the opportunity and trust to develop their potential to the fullest.
According to him, trust and freedom in work will be a valuable provision for young people in pursuing a career. He ended his message by inviting all graduates to continue to strive and not forget the people who have fought for them so far. (andhiko ta)
