On Saturday, July 6, 2024, Dr. H. Marzuki Alie, the Rector of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM), expressed his deep appreciation to all alumni who have successfully completed their studies and participated in the university's 19th Graduation Ceremony.

Addressing hundreds of graduates, the Rector emphasized the importance of applying the knowledge gained during their time at the university. He highlighted that graduates of Universitas IGM are not only equipped with academic knowledge but also possess strong character, which should reinforce their learning.

"We urge all IGM alumni to enhance their communication skills, as this is a vital soft skill that every graduate must possess," he stated.

Furthermore, he encouraged the graduates to prioritize teamwork in their future careers, adapt to any environment, manage their time effectively, and remain resilient in the face of challenges. "Never be afraid of failure, as failure is the key to success," he added.

The Rector also noted that success is influenced by several factors, including a positive character, building strong networks, and the ability to anticipate rapid changes.
