Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM) is increasingly expanding its wings to continue taking part in Indonesian education.

Through Vice Rector for Planning and Cooperation Universitas IGM, Prof. Erry Yulian T Adesta, Universitas IGM agreed on several points contained in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Muhamadiyah University of West Sumatra (UMSB), Monday (6/13/2022).

According to Erry, he received an invitation from UMSB to give a public lecture to students and lecturers in the campus environment.

He considered the existence of UMSB as one of 177 universities under the shade of Muhammadiyah could create mutually beneficial collaboration between UIGM and UMSB.

On the other hand, the one who increasingly strengthens this cooperation is Dr. Rudi Kurniawan Arief who currently serves as the Chairman of Mechanical Engineering and is an alumnus of Doctoral student at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), he said.

Among these two institutions, Universitas IGM and UMSB represented by Vice Rector III Dr. Wedi Nasrul, M.Sc. agreed on several important points, including, mutual learning collaboration, joint research, and publications on community services.
