In a proactive move, the Department of Government Science at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM) has initiated a national public dialogue titled "The Nation's Future in the 2024 Government Transition: Addressing the Demographic Bonus and Challenges of the Disruption Era."

The focal point of this event, held at the 12th-floor Auditorium of C building Sudirman Campus, also included the launch of the Marzuki Alie School of Government in Palembang.

Helmy Yahya, a senior presenter, took the stage as one of the key speakers during this insightful discussion and public dialogue. Addressing a captive audience of thousands of IGM students, the former CEO of TVRI shared his experiences. Helmy Yahya underscored the significance of preparing the younger generation to face the demographic bonus, emphasizing that despite a large population, Indonesia's human resource quality needs enhancement.

Discussing the current phenomena, Helmy Yahya explained that the demographic bonus and disruption are not looming but already underway. This Indonesian Solidarity Party politician also highlighted the importance of preparation, particularly for the youth.

Moreover, in addressing the students, Helmy Yahya shed light on the challenges millennials face in the era of disruption. He depicted the rapid technological advancements, stressing the need for each generation to innovate promptly to remain relevant in both their work and lifestyle within the global community.
