Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM)'s members attended the Halal Bihalal Eid al-Fitr 1445/2024, Monday (15/4) yesterday.
Rector of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri, Dr H Marzuki Alie, asked everyone to be grateful for successfully completing their obligations as Muslims during Ramadan.
Our connection with God has been fulfilled, now we must also fulfil our connection with humans, through this Halal Bihalal, said Marzuki in his opening remarks.
With this Eid al-Fitr atmosphere, he said, we can rebuild the atmosphere of harmony and happiness. Let's take care of it and later we will all be grateful for it, he said.
According to Marzuki, this commitment has been implemented by Indo Global Mandiri since a quarter of a century, and will never change.
We give our concern about our environment as well. If the process we do is good, it will certainly make it comfortable. Both for what we do and for the students. If that happens, it will provide the best for all of us, he explained.
Marzuki also emphasised the Halal Bihalal could be a momentum to contribute maximally to the country, especially in the world of education in Indonesia. This institution's character will not change at any time. Even though I am no longer around, I am still committed to making the best contribution to Indonesia, he said.
The occasion was also attended by the Trustees of the IGM Foundation, Chairman of the IGM Foundation, Vice Rector, Lecturers, Employees in the academic institutions of Universitas IGM. (andhiko team/dzulfiqor ammar)
