Korem 044/Gapo personnel provided an obstacle scheme to test the adrenaline of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri students.

The program trained by Korem 044/Gapo personnel was organised in the Basic Training of Student Organisations (Ormawa) Universitas Indo Global Mandiri at Chadika Campground Palembang, Saturday (24/2/2024).

Eventhough the obstacle ground was challenging, UIGM Palembang students were still able to complete every challenges given by the soldiers.

Pasibinwanwil Siter Korem 044/Gapo Major Inf Ignatius Djoko Triadhi explained, this program is part of the self-development programme and strengthens solidarity with UIGM students.

Outbound is not just a physical activity, but also a learning process to develop soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, explained Major Djoko.

Furthermore, Major Djoko said, this program is part of a public lecture delivered by Danrem 044/Gapo Brigadier General Mohammad Thohir, S.Sos., M.M. Then continue with outbound at Cadika Campground, he explained.

Korem 044/Gapo personnel provided several activities oriented towards instilling discipline.

Such as marching training and outbond with various obstacles prepared by the soldiers. We believe that this programme can instil discipline to students. Since this attitude is helpful in studying in higher education, he said.

The programme at the campsite began with the registration of participants. Furthermore, the participants' tension, introduction of outbound tools, stretching exercises (military gymnastics) and strengthening.
