The Indonesian Idol 2024 auditions were held in Palembang, with Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM) serving as one of the hosts for the roadshow and auditions of this seasons (season 13) competition.

Located at Universitas IGM itself, the roadshow and auditions took place on Sunday, July 7, from 07:00 to 16:00 WIB in the Hall on the third floor of B Building.

As one of Indonesia's most popular singing competitions, Indonesian Idol has crowned 12 champions over the past 12 seasons, all of whom have gone on to pursue careers in the national music industry.

The auditions for Indonesian Idol Season 13 will be held in 13 cities across Indonesia, attracting more than 24,000 participants. As the country's largest music talent show, Indonesian Idol is not only looking for the best singers but also for idols who can inspire the younger generation to chase their dreams in music.

The auditions are open to the public for individuals aged 16-27 years old, with registration available through the RCTI+ app. The auditions will be conducted in cities including Semarang, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Solo, Malang, Kupang, Makassar, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and Jakarta.
