Palembang, Indonesia - Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) celebrated historical moment on Monday, September 30th, with the grand opening of its new Faculty of Medicine. Located on the 12th floor of the C Building on Sudirman Campus, the event marked the culmination of a long-awaited dream that began in 2021.

In his remarks, UIGM Rector Dr. H Marzuki Alie described the long journey and unwavering dedication that led to the establishment of the faculty. "Through tireless effort, we have finally realized this perfect results," he said. He invited all parties to give support and blessings for the progress of the Faculty of Medicine.

Marzuki Alie emphasized the importance role of quality education in addressing the region's shortage of medical professionals. "The faculty is prepared to welcome 50 students in its first year class, with 10% receiving full scholarships. We hope they will dedicate themselves to serving the community upon graduation," he added.

UIGM's Faculty of Medicine is also committed to affordability, offering an tuition fees of Rp125 million and semester fee of Rp27 million. Flexible payment plans are available to assist students in meeting their financial obligations.
