Universitas Indo al Communication Design exhibition (DKV) study program conducted their final exhibition.

The Courageous Visual 2023 exhibition was held from 28 to 29 July on the M1 Floor of Palembang Trade Center. Besides the exhibition, the event also organised Talkshow, Workshop, Photography Competition and Live Sketch.

Dean of FIPB, Aji Windu Viatra, S.Sn, M.Sn, said this exhibition is the final project of DKV students at Universitas IGM. Furthermore, they will learn more about their experiences before jumping into the professional field.

He said the topic Courageous Visual 2023 was purposely raised so students would be more courageous to dig deeper into their ability to be creative.

We want to build students' confidence in their work, considering they have only done it internally on campus. Now is the time for students to be brave enough to show up and exhibit outside the campus, said Aji.

According to Aji, at least 30 works of final year students will be exhibited and opened by the Vice Rector III for Planning and Cooperation of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM), Prof Erry Yulian T Adesta, Ph.D.

This exhibition is a requirement for graduating with a bachelor's degree in design. After this exhibition, students will present their work. What is the background, what is the concept, and what is the purpose. He concluded that we will see how far the students provide a solution to a design case they make.
