Orchid Bakery entrepreneur, Rafiq Habibi; and Interior Design Services Entrepreneur (ACM KREASI), Candra Eka P; shared experiences and motivation at the CINDO (Cerita Dulur Kito) event held in Palembang on Saturday (16/02).
The activity, which was attended by dozens of young people who were interested in entering the business world, was a series of IGM Open Campus 2025 #Day4 Beyond Your Future activities.
In the sharing session, Rafiq Habibi told how he started Orchid Bakery business from a home-based scale to develop into a business that has many loyal customers. He emphasized the importance of perseverance and innovation in creating products that are not only delicious but also have appeal in the market.
We must be ready for ups and downs in running the business and how we can face the challenges that will come, she said.
Meanwhile, Candra Eka P, who is successful in interior design services, highlighted the importance of understanding the market and maintaining service quality. He shared the story of how ACM KREASI started from a small project to a big client.
According to him, one of the keys to success is building a wide network and always maintaining customer trust. Candra also invited the participants to dare to start even with limited capital, because the most important thing is good execution.
