BKABK Universitas IGM Took Inisiatif for Creating Webinar the Tricks Making CVs and Answering Job Interviews for Fresh Graduate

The latest breakthrough continues to be carried out by the Student, Alumni, and Job Affairs Bureau (BKABK) of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. A Webinar from Job Affairs Universitas IGM called Tricks Making CVs and Answering Job Interviews for Fresh Graduates is one attempt to make IGM graduates qualified, fill and provide jobs in the future.
Several competent speakers were also presented, including Pande Putu Tara Anggita (Career and Education Content Creator) and A Eva Fatmawati (recruiter and career content creator) on the zoom meeting page, Thursday (7/14/2022).
The head of the Alumni and job Affairs division of Universitas IGM, Abdul Kholik S.Kom., M.Cs said that this webinar is a form of support for Universitas IGM graduates to improve self-competence. The topic covered in this webinar are very interesting and follow what is needed for prospective Alumni and Universitas IGM students.

The expectation is that Universitas IGM graduates will be able to apply techniques or tricks to make CVs and how to face interviews properly so that Universitas IGM graduates will be able to compete with graduates from other major campuses, he said.
According to him, the source provides tips and tricks on how to make a CV from the side of a company HRD, what to avoid and what to write when making a CV.
Making a CV should be easy to read, interesting, interceptive, and make them more confident passing the early selection stage of CV template, layout, and content, he said.
In addition, he continued, in the presentation, there were also tips and tricks on how to answer online and offline interviews. Before applying for a job, prospective graduates are required to know about the company that will apply, provide tips and tricks to find out the advantages and disadvantages of how to answer questions from HRD (interviewers), and teach the unit to be more disciplined during interviews, look after the appearance, make personal branding through social media to make it easier for the company to know the potential of applicants.
